CASA RUBEN is an authentic Dalmatian stone house over 200 years old located in Kut, the most beautiful historical part of the island of Vis. Kut is the historic, eastern part of the town of Vis located at the end of the Vis bay known for its old stone houses, intimate restaurants and seaside promenade. This renovated stone house has retained its original shape and offers a beautiful view of the sea and is ideal for rest and relaxation - it is located only 30 meters from the sea, and there are numerous cafes, excellent restaurants and shops nearby.
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen that is fully equipped and includes a stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a washer-dryer and cleaning supplies. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom (connected to the bedroom). On the second floor there is a bedroom with a king-size bed that offers a beautiful view of the bay and a gallery with a sofa bed and a bathroom.
Parking is available for one car and is located a 5-minute walk from the property. It is recommended to arrive by car to explore all the beautiful beaches and vineyards around the island.
